I saw the movie, "PS, I Love You" tonight with a good friend. I cried, laughed, and cried some more. It was such a good reminder to stay present in the moment. To love fully with all your heart. To cherish the now. I came home aching to just touch my husband. I wanted to tell him about all the love I have in my heart for him, and our son. I am so very thankful of the blessings in my life. It's so easy to take them for granted. Especially since I had left the house feeling like the work horse wife, "All I ever do is clean up after you guys!" It's good to take a break from your usual routine and remember why you started down this path. It's good to remember the past, how you feel in love, and why you chose the partner you chose. And it's good to remember to take care of yourself. So that you can continue to take care of those you love.
I would recommend this movie to anyone, esp the ladies. It will touch your heart. (Plus the actors in that movie are HOT!!!! I'm married, but not dead, people!)
