Pain, Pain, go away!
I have experienced lots of different kinds of pain in my life. Heartache, body aches, back aches. Right now, I am experiencing a new pain.....it's a pinched nerve in my neck. I've probably had it before, but never with this much pain. It's bringing me to my knees today. In the past, when I have had pain, I would go get a massage or two and it would heal. But this time, it's more than just muscle aches or tightness. It's every time I move. It's there when I sleep. (or try to). It's there when I drive. It's there when I put my little boy to nap. It's affecting my mood, my parenting, my relationship with my husband and my friends. I'm already so very emotional, being pregnant. This is just adding a new layer. So, after a week of struggling, I decided to follow the advice of my husband and massage friend, and go see a Chiropractor. I have never seen one before. I am afraid of the cracking. The adjustments. The time commitment. The cost. I know lots of people that go. Lots of people are healed. So, I went, full of fear and my husbands, "I told you so and you should have done it a long time ago" voice in my head. It was just as I expected. The adjustments came quickly and they were loud and scary sounding. But I survived. I'm still sore, still in pain. Still releasing all this emotion. Lord, I must have been parking alot of S***t in my neck. But I know there's no quick fix. Healing is a time commitment. So, I'm going to keep going, pushing past my fear, to see if I can make this pain go away. Go away, Pain! Go away!

Oh man! And you can't even take good drugs! I hope you heal soon! Make Jeremy give you a massage every night (and I wouldn't tell him if you start to feel better) :)

I hope you are feeling better. I know there is a lot in your mind...don’t worry too much!
Sorry to hear you have been in so much pain! Being pregnant is already uncomfortable enough! Hope you feel better soon...Hugs!!!
Oh, I really feel for you! I know it's hard to do with a little one around, and another one on board, but try to find a few zen moments, just to drop some of the "baggage" out of your system.
Thinking of you...Hugs
