Getting some air

The kids and I spent some time out in the back yard this afternoon, getting some air and enjoying the dry weather before the rain comes back.  I was treated to lots of humming bird action on the feeders...I do love how they zoom in and out of the yard, chasing each other off.
Time for a lil photo shoot......




Had to capture some of the plants that are beginning to emerge.



I love this one...the outer leaves are coated with mud splatters from the rain....still, the blooms prevail.

It's still pretty chilly, but spring IS evident!
