St. Patrick's Day Dash

I participated in my first ever 'Dash' today! My sister in law asked me to join her and it sounded like a fun thing to do. She's been training for more running than I have, but we both made it to the finish line with smiles on our faces. It was a VERY wet race, but the rain didn't seem to hamper the spirit of the people who run in it. I didn't take a lot of pics during the race, but there was some really fun people watching! After participating today, I really do think I'm built for the long distance events. It took me almost the whole race just to warm up! But, that's ok. I am glad I did it. Loads of fun; Thanks N for inviting me to join you!
