Trumpet Vine...my newest plant

I'm so excited about this plant....I can't wait to watch it crawl up the side of my house. I might even train it onto the future garden fence if it does well. Here's an idea of what the blooms will look like:

Of course, mine is just sticks right now. I was able to plant it in between rain showers this afternoon. The root ball was thick and full, so I think it will be so happy to stretch out it's legs in the earth. I really can't wait for spring!
